Aims for Therapy
I work to empower clients to get on with living. My focus is on the whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
I can help you address the underlying cause of your symptoms. For example anxiety can be caused by a variety of causes, past trauma, grief, work or relationship issues among others. Sometimes, CBT is the best therapy, sometimes EMDR, sometimes Hypnotherapy.

My counselling rooms are at 254 Bay Road, Sandringham, VIC 3191.
I’m convenient for Bayside, Moorabbin, Hampton, Cheltenham, Beaumaris, Mentone and Mordialloc.

Counselling
Counselling can help you resolve many of life problems, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief and loss, work and relationship issues.
It can help you make life decisions and navigate life changes.
EMDR
EMDR is recognised as effective for simple to complex PTSD and childhood traumas.
EMDR also works with other issues such as phobias, unresolved grief and loss.
EMDR is not talking or exposure therapy. You don’t need to go into the detail of your trauma.
Hypnotherapy
Clinical Hypnotherapy can be effective on its own, as part of working with complex issues or complementing other therapies.
I can provide hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, anxiety, phobias, fear of public speaking, insomnia and much more.

How to book a counseling session?

Is it possible to reschedule my session?
Absolutely! You can change your session up to 24 hrs before without incurring any additional fees.
Can I receive an invoice for my session?
An invoice or receipt is sent for all sessions.
How will I be billed for your services?
Payment at the end of the session by Credit Card or bank transfer. I’m happy to charge the NDIS directly for Plan Managed clients.
Can I use my Health Fund cover?
I’m registered with Medibank and other health funds. Some health funds may not cover you.
Is there disabled access?
Yes, ground floor rooms, ramp access and disabled toilet. Disabled parking is available plus on street parking.
